1. Who is The Mulkern Company?

We are a small business located in southern California near Loma Linda, with expert level

skills in the support of facility automation systems (sometimes called BAS or EMS or IOT systems),

including supporting client's building engineers and maintenance staff.

2. What do The Mulkern Company services cost?

Typically we charge a quoted amount for our services which are usually directly negotiated with each client

depending upon the client's scope of work, and other factors such as retainer agreements.

We do have an "hourly rate schedule" that we can email to you when you contact us and set up your first

"no cost" introduction meeting with us.

3. Where are the areas you provide your services?

For remote service (our computers to your remotely accessed Building Automation systems

thru the high speed internet), we cover the continental United States.

For "drive to your location service" we cover the southern half of California; San Diego to Santa Barbara.

We can fly anywhere in the continental US, as long as you are willing to pay per diem expenses.

4. When do you provides your services, and when is your office open for phone calls?

For normal business calls during hours 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, for emergency service, please

call, as we can make arrangements to provide "after-hours" support services to our clients that

have support contracts.
